🔄 Keeping Your Client Updated

Quick Updates (Recommended): After installation, you'll find UpdateClient.exe in your game folder. Run this anytime to check for updates - it only downloads changed files (usually 1-2 MB), saving you time and bandwidth.

Full Reinstall: Alternatively, you can re-download and run the installer above. It will overwrite outdated files while preserving your settings and characters.

📋 Installation Instructions

  1. Download LegoC-Soma-Setup.exe from the link above
  2. Run LegoC-Soma-Setup.exe
  3. Choose your installation folder
  4. Wait for extraction to complete (takes 2-3 minutes)
  5. Follow the compatibility setup below before launching

Note: The installer includes UpdateClient.exe - use this for future updates instead of re-downloading the full installer.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Compatibility Settings Required

Before playing, you MUST configure Soma.exe for compatibility:

  1. Navigate to your installation folder
  2. Right-click on Soma.exe
  3. Select Properties
  4. Go to the Compatibility tab
  5. Check ✅ "Run this program in compatibility mode for:"
  6. Select Windows XP (Service Pack 3) from the dropdown
  7. Check ✅ "Reduced color mode"
  8. Select 16-bit (65536) color
  9. Click Apply then OK

Without these settings, the game may not run correctly!
