Terms and conditions.
These are the rules for using our website and community portal during the Reborn test release. The in-game rules also apply when you play.

1. Who runs the site
The Myth of Soma: Reborn website at mythofsoma-legoc.vip and the community portal at community.mythofsoma-legoc.vip are operated by SomaDivision7. In these terms, “we” and “our” refer to SomaDivision7. You can contact us at support@mythofsoma-legoc.vip.
By creating a website account, posting, or using account-only features, you agree to these terms. You may browse public pages and forums without signing in. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
2. Your account
Your game account is also your community account. Give accurate registration details, keep your password private, and contact us if you suspect unauthorised access. Do not use someone else's account or impersonate another player or staff member. We may restrict an account where reasonably needed to protect players, investigate abuse, or enforce these terms.
The website is a companion to the game. Character creation and some account changes happen in game; the website may show a saved snapshot rather than an instant live update.
3. Community conduct
Forums can be read by everyone. Signed-in players may post under an eligible character name. Staff may post official announcements and may choose whether replies are open. Keep discussions relevant and respectful. Do not post harassment, threats, hate, private information about others, spam, scams, malware, unlawful material, or content that infringes another person's rights. Do not exploit the website or game, automate abusive requests, cheat, or attempt to access another person's private account or storage information.
We may edit, hide, remove, lock, or preserve posts for moderation and safety, and may suspend posting access. Reports are reviewed by the team; we cannot promise immediate action. PvP and rivalry within the game's rules are part of Soma, but they do not excuse abuse on the website.
4. Characters and public profiles
Public character pages may show your character name, world, appearance, guild and guild emblem, POS, gear score, ranking positions, and game activity such as PvP or boss kills. Ranking positions may compare stats and skills, but the underlying numerical stat values remain private. Your level, detailed stats, inventory, and storage are for your signed-in account, not public browsing.
Your character's worn appearance stays visible. You can choose whether other visitors may inspect equipped-item names and tooltips. Staff/GM characters marked as private are not publicly listed. See the Privacy Policy for more detail.
5. Test release and game changes
Reborn is in development and may run public tests. Features, balance, drops, quests, rankings, schedules, and client requirements can change. Test progress or items may be reset if serious bugs or launch preparation require it. We will communicate material changes where practical. No particular test character, item, level, ranking, or forum feature is guaranteed to remain available.
The game is currently presented as free to play. Any future store, donations, or paid features will need separate, clear terms before they become available.
6. Content and intellectual property
You retain rights you have in material you post. By posting, you allow us to host, display, reproduce, and moderate it as needed to operate the community. Do not upload material unless you have the right to share it. You can ask us to review or remove your content, subject to safety, legal, and moderation needs.
Myth of Soma and third-party game elements remain the property of their respective rights holders. These terms do not grant permission to copy, redistribute, reverse engineer, or repurpose the Reborn client, website, artwork, or server assets beyond ordinary personal use of the service.
7. Availability and liability
We work to keep the website and test services available, but cannot promise uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or permanent storage of game or forum data. We may pause services for maintenance, security, or testing. Use the official website for downloads and follow the instructions supplied with the client.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits your statutory rights. Otherwise, to the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control or by use of unofficial files or services.
8. Contact and updates
For account help, reports, or questions about these terms, email support@mythofsoma-legoc.vip. We may update these terms as the service develops. The date at the top shows when this version took effect; we will draw attention to important changes where practical.
