MYTH OF SOMAREBORN

YOUR WORLD · YOUR INFORMATION

Privacy Policy.

What we collect, what other players can see, and how to ask us about your information.

Updated 12 October 2026

1. Who is responsible

SomaDivision7 operates Myth of Soma: Reborn and is responsible for personal information used by mythofsoma-legoc.vip, community.mythofsoma-legoc.vip, and the connected game account service. Contact us at support@mythofsoma-legoc.vip for privacy questions or requests.

2. Information we use

  • Account details: account name, email address, password used for game and website sign-in, account status, and recovery requests. Please do not reuse a password from another service.
  • Game information: your characters, world, appearance, guild, equipment, storage, progression, rankings, and combat or boss activity recorded by the game server. The website reads saved game data and may show a short delay before changes appear.
  • Community content: forum posts, edits, reports, moderation decisions, support messages and bug reports you choose to send.
  • Technical and security information: session and anti-forgery tokens, IP address, browser and request information, failed sign-in attempts, rate-limit records, and service logs needed to keep the site working and investigate abuse.

We receive most account and game information when you register or play. Website activity and technical information arise when you use the site. We do not ask you to put real names, addresses, payment details, or passwords in forum posts.

3. Why we use it

We use account and game information to create and run your account, authenticate you, show your private character and storage pages, provide recovery, and operate the connected game and community features. This is necessary to provide the service you request. We use forum content to publish discussions and operate moderation. We use technical and security information to prevent misuse, investigate incidents, keep services reliable, and defend our legitimate interests in running a safe community.

We may send account recovery and important service messages to the email address on your account. Our optional test-client release signup is described below. It is separate from account email and does not subscribe you to a general newsletter. We do not sell player email addresses.

Test-client release email

If you choose to sign up, we store your email address, signup time, consent version, the page you used and whether you signed up before the client release. We use this information, with your consent, to email you when the test client is ready and explain the premium test offer for pre-release subscribers: improved bounties, faster rested XP regeneration and improved daily sign-in rewards.

The list is private and stored with Cloudflare, separate from game accounts. No account password is requested. We do not publish or sell the list, and signing up does not start a paid subscription. You can withdraw consent and ask for removal at any time by emailing support@mythofsoma-legoc.vip. We keep the signup while preparing and delivering the release notification and arranging the promised test access, then remove it when it is no longer needed. A short-lived rate limit and an empty anti-spam field help prevent misuse. Email messages will include a way to request removal.

4. What other people can see

Anyone may read the forum and public Armoury pages without signing in. Posts show your chosen character name and may show its portrait and guild; your account name and email address are not shown with a post. Public character information can include name, world, appearance, guild and emblem, POS, gear score, rank positions, and player or boss activity. Other players can see who ranks above or below them for certain stats and skills, but not the numerical values.

Your worn appearance remains visible on a public profile. Equipped-item names and tooltips appear only if you enable equipment sharing. Your level, detailed stat values, inventory and storage are available only to your signed-in account. GM characters marked private are excluded from public profiles and rankings. Public posts or profile information may still be copied or indexed by others while visible; please avoid posting personal information.

Discussion view counts

Forum discussions show an approximate unique-view total covering signed-in readers and guests. We use the network address supplied by our trusted website proxy to recognise repeat visits to the same discussion. We store a protected, keyed value specific to that discussion, not the raw IP address, account identity, browser details or individual visit times. The value differs between discussions and is not published. Only the total and the date counting began are public.

Reloading a discussion does not add another view from the same network address. Shared connections may count as one reader, and a changed address may count again. Recognised automated requests and previews are excluded where possible. We retain these protected values while maintaining the discussion's unique-view count. This feature sets no additional cookies.

5. Service providers and sharing

Cloudflare delivers and protects the website and routes domain email. The community portal and game data run on our own server. Google Fonts supplies website fonts, which may involve a request from your browser to Google. Our email provider processes recovery and support messages. These providers receive only information needed for their roles, such as network request data or an email address for delivery. We may disclose information where legally required or reasonably necessary to address abuse or protect users.

Some providers operate internationally, so information may be processed outside the UK. Where a transfer needs safeguards under UK data protection law, we use applicable provider arrangements; contact us if you want details about a particular transfer. We do not provide player lists to advertisers or data brokers.

6. Cookies and similar technology

The community portal uses a secure, HTTP-only sign-in cookie and an anti-forgery cookie to keep your session working and protect forms. A normal signed-in session expires after about eight hours or when you sign out. If you select “Keep me signed in”, the session can remain available for up to 30 days; signing out ends it. Cloudflare may use security-related cookies or similar signals to protect the site. We have not added our own advertising or analytics cookies. If our other cookie use changes, we will update this notice and ask for consent where required. You can block cookies in your browser, but sign-in and account features may then fail.

7. How long we keep information

We keep account and game data while the account is in use and for as long as needed to operate the game, handle account or security issues, or meet legal obligations. Public forum content generally remains until removed by its author or moderators, or following a valid request. Moderation records and backups may need to remain longer to investigate abuse, resolve disputes, or restore the service. We review retention when accounts close or a player makes a request.

Normal website sign-in sessions expire after about eight hours; “Keep me signed in” extends this to up to 30 days. Password-recovery codes expire after 15 minutes. Technical logs and short-lived rate-limit records are kept only as long as needed for security, troubleshooting, and service administration. We may retain anonymised totals that no longer identify a player.

8. Your choices and rights

You can switch public equipped-item details on or off in your private character view. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, and may ask us to restrict or object to certain uses. Some rights depend on the lawful basis and circumstances; for example, we may need to retain a moderation or security record even after removing a public post. You may also request a portable copy where the right applies.

You can object to direct marketing at any time. If we introduce promotional email, every such message will give you a simple way to stop it. Contact us at the address below for any request. We may ask for enough information to confirm you own the account before disclosing private data. We do not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects solely by automated processing. If you are in the UK, you may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

9. Contact and changes

Email support@mythofsoma-legoc.vip with privacy questions, account-data requests, or concerns about a public post. We will update this page when our practices change and draw attention to significant changes where practical. See also our Terms and Conditions.
